The River Torridge in Devon is a special location to enjoy brown trout and salmon fishing.
For some 20 years the owners' beat of some 800 yards, for three rods, has been virtually untouched so it is unspoilt and unseen.
These rods are now being made available to the keen fly fisherman who enjoys privacy, peace and quiet in beautiful mid Devon countryside. Hot and cold home prepared foods can be delivered during the day to the river bank by arrangements. All within part of an old sporting estate, the fields by the river are farmed with a few sheep by our neighbour.
Applicants with conservation in mind are now being sought to enjoy this private facility. Pools and shallows, wading areas and good water volume. Serious value at £3500 per rod for the whole season or syndicate for three rods for £10,000 for the 2010 season, March to September.
